Diet Solution Recipes <=> How To Cook Sorrel Soup?



Ingredients:
Sorrel 400 g
1 Onion
4 Potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 liter of water
Sour cream 80 g
2 green onions
Cream cheese 150g
4 Boiled eggs.
Dill or parsley
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:
Step 1 - Sorrel sort, wash and cut. Peel onions and finely chop. Potatoes Wash peel and cut into cubes. Chop garlic.

Step 2 - In a large saucepan with a thick, heat oil and fry the onion for about 3 minutes. Add the potatoes, garlic, and cook 5 minutes.

Pour in water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add sorrel and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and make a soup puree. Better to do it with a blender. Add salt and pepper, put on fire, and bring to a boil. Stage 3 green onions finely chopped.
